It was the final for the ATP 250 in Buenos Aires. Norway’s Casper Ruud was favored to beat Argentina’s own Diego Schwartzman. Ruud started off a bit shaky and lost the first set but eventually won the next two easily to eventually win the trophy. It seemed as if he was meant to win it. The Moon’s trine to Fortuna is always a strong aspect for the the favored side, as Ruud was in this game(-230 moneyline), surprisingly over the local Schwartzman.
Closer Proximity determines advantage
The Pelicans were favored to win by 6 points on the road against the Houston Rockets and the astrology chart was a simple one. There were two significant aspects:
(1)The ruler of the favored team(house 1 Leo) was the sun and it was sitting right on the opposing(7th house Saturn) team’s cusp.
(2) The shadow(antiscia) of the ruler of 7th house(Aquarius) Saturn sitting right on the 4th cusp of the underdog. Anstiscia(shadow) sitting on the cusps are not as strong testimonies as bodily ones like in this chart.
So that was one strong aspect for the favored team and a weaker one for the underdog. According to my data, a weak aspect is enough for an underdog to beat the favorite, but only when they are underdogs at home. The most important factor to note here was the closeness of the two aspects to the house cusps via their degrees.
The ruler of house 1 sun(Pelicans) was 2.16 degrees from the 7th cusp of the underdog while the opposing team’s ruler(shadow) saturn, a weaker aspect, was 2.54 degrees from the 4th(Pelicans). It was clear that the favored team had an advantage.
The underdogs were leading at half time, as signified by the weak aspect on their own house, but eventually lost the match as the bodily aspect on the 7th cusp was stronger as signified by its proximity. Fine-tuned universe!
A unique event on a busy Sunday
On an afternoon full of NFL, NHL, NBA, Canadian hockey, South American soccer, and the list goes on, there was that one unique combination at kickoff between rivals Eagles and Giants over East Rutherford, NJ. The eagles came in as 4 point favorites over the Giants but it would have been better for them if they didn’t show up at all. Neptune on 1st cusp(favorite) signaled bad news for the favorites combined with Moon inside the 7th(underdog) kept the flow of the game in favor of the Giants. There were a few other aspects favoring the underdog as well but those two major ones mentioned were enough to point out an upset, and the Giants won straight up.
Pitchfork(Neptune) denies Red Devils Victory
Manchester United’s popular logo of the red devil carrying a pitchfork/trident came into Italy as favorites vs Atalanta. With only one aspect favoring the red devils(Moon’s sextile to the Pot of Fortune) things looked bleak for the favorites. The favorable aspect was outweighed by Neptune on the 10th house(mid heaven) and the dispositor of Fortuna being opposed by Fortuna’s shadow! Manchester was unable to win the game but were able to get 1 point because of the draw.
An Anomaly up in Bodø(Norway)
A very easy win today for Bodø and me! Since it was played in Bodo, a very isolated city wayyy up north in Norway, I was very confident the chart would be unique. It was also the ideal ‘double negative’ chart(See 2 negatives make a positives post) in which the favorite always wins! The home team was favored of course and they won easily 3 – 1. I had a slight concern about the outcome because I had never seen or predicted a game where cusps 1 and 4 were in the same sign(Cancer), as well as 7 and 10 in the opposite Capricorn. I guess that’s how the cusps roll up in Bodø! It didn’t make a difference in the result anyway. Another day another win!
Same Cities, Different Sport, Different year….Same Code.
There’s something about Kansas City and Cleveland going up against each other. I observed two instances where they faced each other(baseball and Am. Football) and the code for the game was the same, as was the outcome! The code for both instances was (U) (U) w(x) where x can be F(favorite) or U(underdog). When a weak aspect (w(x)) is combined with a strong one in a chain, x doesn’t affect the result whether it’s a U or F. In simple terms, U U w(F) = U U w(U).
Over a year ago on July 29th 2020, the Cleveland Indians were favored at home vs KC Royals and it was an ‘upset’ as it went into extra innings where the underdogs eventually won. That game going into extra innings was enough to call it an ‘upset’ regardless of the outcome afterwards. In the home opener for the NFL season today(9/12/2021), the Kansas City Chiefs were favored vs the Cleveland Browns and eventually won by 6 points after trailing most of the game. This counted as an ‘upset’ for my method because the underdog lost within one ‘maximum score of an American Football offensive possession'(td + extra = 8).
If this was another sport like soccer/hockey it would have been a draw(or underdog win). Since ‘draws’ are very rare in Am Football, the majority of ‘upsets’ for this sport have the underdogs losing within 6 points(one possession). For NBA in which a tie is very rare as well, it is within 4 points(one possession). These observations are based on my data of course.
The code U U w(x) is an upset most of the time unless a certain condition that I cannot disclose currently is met.
Uranus conjunction looms over Goteborg
Fortuna’s shadow conjunct with Uranus once more this week(last one Tuesday) and this time it favored Hacken FC. The odds were strange for this game as they shifted back and forth between both teams. Hacken’s price closed at +144 which made them slight favorites against Aberdeen at +156. The favorite always wins when Fortuna or its shadow makes a conjunction with Uranus! Even if they are slightly favored. Even though Hacken won the game easily, they still fell two goals short on the aggregate and did not advance to the next round. Always invest in the favored team when Uranus and Fortuna conjunct!
Uranus helps Gremio advance
In the quarter finals of the Brazilian Cup, the visiting favorites easily beat the hosts 3 – 0. At kickoff Uranus was making a conjunction with the shadow of Fortuna, one of the strongest indicators for the favorites to win. The pot of Fortune was at 15.19 degrees in the sign of Leo therefore its antiscion, or shadow, was at 14.41 degrees in the sign of Taurus(Antiscia Origin/History), where it conjunct tightly with almighty Uranus. A very easy win for the favorites and wager for me!
Moon Square Fortuna Shatters France hopes
World Champions France were knocked out by Switzerland after the match went into a penalty shootout. The obvious aspect was the pot of fortune being squared by the moon, a significant testimony for the underdogs. There were two other minor(weak) aspects, Lord of 10th(swiss) antiscion on the 4th house(france) and Lord 10(Swiss) opposing Saturn. So that combined with Moon square Fortuna formed the code U w(U) w(F) making it a unique chart therefore I expected this game to go to Switzerland or draw(not France win) in regulation which is exactly what happened(3 – 3). Switzerland advanced into the quarterfinals for the first time in this tournament and will face Spain next.
Fortune favored the Canadiens
The Canadiens punched a ticket into the Stanley Cup Finals for the first time in 28 years! Montreal Canadiens came into this game 6 as underdogs at home against the Golden Knights who were embarrassed in the previous game. Puck dropped at 20:15 pm Est and all you had to notice was the Antiscion a.k.a shadow of the Pot of Fortune tucked tightly inside the 7th house signifying an upset, or win for the underdogs. This method only predicts regulation time and the score was tied 2-2 at the end of it which does count as an ‘upset'(Favored team did not win) . The Habs scored in Overtime to win the game eventually. The Antiscion of the ruler of 1st house(Golden Knights) was tucked inside the 10th house(Canadiens) as well. Congrats Les Habitants.
