Two negatives make a positive

  • Nets were favored on the road and they won with ease- NBA regular season
  • Celtics were favored at home win -NBA regular season
  • Lions favored on the road win NFL regular season
  • 2020 NLCS -Dodgers favored to win
  • Peruvian Primeria League – Sporting Cristal favored at home
  • NFL regular season – Patriots favored at home win

I have observed that the side favored to win by the bookies will certainly win when there are two aspects favoring the underdog. I call it the double negative chart. It’s like two negative numbers being multiplied to make a positive(win). Not easy to explain but I see it as positive/negative energy or ‘polarity’ being generated with the aspects formed. Negative going to underdog and positive to favorite. Those aspects combined ‘polarity’ makes it a + or – polarity which will side with the favorite(+) or underdog(-). These are just a few games from the past 4 years above which had two aspects to the underdog that ‘generated’ the win for the favorites.
